Hi and welcome back.
As you've likely discovered, there are many ways to try and get a better night sleep. From white noise apps and machines, mattress pads, what I call Sleepeez which are things like ZZZQuil, Melatonin etc., the list is almost endless. What works for me may not work for you, and vice versa.
In finding what does work for me, I also want to share the things that I find interesting that my help you.
To start with, here's an article from Mayo clinic about several things you can do to help you sleep better - https://mayocl.in/3akoW08
I know for me, if I will just stop reading my phone before I go to sleep, that makes a huge difference in my sleep quality. Stop the screen time an hour before going lights out, and read a magazine. That combined with exercise and not eating sweets or having coffee later in the day, after about 3-4 nights I can get back on a proper sleep schedule. Then the issue becomes keeping to that schedule and not letting the screen time back into your wind-down time.
Enjoy, and here's to a good nights sleep!
