How's your stress? How's your sleep?? Oftentimes the two go hand in hand. Over time or as a result of injury or other physical challenge, this lack of sleep and/or added stress can manifest as physical pain and discomfort. Think stiff neck or shoulders, general soreness or other physical symptoms.

A good place to start is what I call your sleep mechanics - bedding, room (light/dark, temperature, bedding and pillow). So have a read below and see what might work for you.
