Refund and Return Policy
Refund and Return PolicyPillowEase™ must be notified within 24 hours from delivery receipt. Only products purchased from PillowEase.com are eligible for return. We do not accepts returns from purchases made at other retailers. Custom orders cannot be canceled or returned. Customer is responsible for returns of undamaged/damaged products. Items must be returned within 48 hours of receipt in order to receive credit. Freight and delivery are not refundable for undamaged items. Return shipping is paid for by the purchaser for undamaged items. PillowEase™ is not responsible for lost returns. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all undamaged returns. Failure to notify PillowEase™ within Return Policy guidelines will result in loss of credit.
Refund available if product is not available to ship within 7 days: PillowEase™ will contact you via email within 3 business days if the product is not available to ship within 7 days. If the product is unable to ship, you have the option to request a full refund. If you do not respond to the email within 48 hours, we will proceed with the order. All correspondence will be on file.
