Stress and Breathing Follow On Post

 The day after my last post, Inc. Magazine came out with this article about what research has shown to be the most effective breathing techniques, including:

1) cyclic sighing, which emphasizes prolonged exhalations; 2) box breathing, which is defined by the equal duration of inhalations, breath holds, and exhalations; and 3) cyclic hyperventilation, with longer inhalations and shorter exhalations. 

An interesting read for those interested in breath work.
