Stress, Anxiety and Sleep
In an earlier post I spoke to how night time can magnify the effects of stress and anxiety, thereby negatively impacting our ability to sleep, get a good night's rest, and over time really affect our overall health.
Here's a good read on the mechanics. I think this really goes to we already know a lot of these things, but to remind ourselves of them from time to time reloads our thought process and ability to actually do something about it.
